Clever Dripper

The Clever Dripper combines hand-pressing and immersion brewing. The coffee particles initially float in the water, like a French press. Only after the desired extraction time is the stopper released and the coffee filtered through a paper filter. The result is an excellent, clear cup of filter coffee with more body than with conventional hand-press brewing methods.
