Cancellation policy

In consumer transactions, the user is entitled to withdraw from their contractual declaration in writing within 14 days without giving reasons. It is sufficient if the declaration is sent within this period. The statutory restrictions apply (exceptions to the right of withdrawal include, for example, goods made to customer specifications, perishable goods, and sealed packaging).

The cancellation period begins on the day the user or a third party designated by the user, who is not the carrier of the goods, takes possession of the goods. In the case of partial deliveries or separate deliveries of a single order, the day on which the last delivered goods are taken possession of is decisive.

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned concurrently. The user must return the goods no later than 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice, and the refund of any payments made by the user (including delivery costs for the delivery offered by Süssmund Kaffee) must be made using the same means of payment no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.

However, Süssmund Kaffee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the user has provided proof of return. It is sufficient if the goods are sent within this period.

The consumer shall, where applicable, pay Süssmund Kaffee a reasonable fee for the use, including any associated reduction in the common value of the service, or compensation for loss of value due to handling that is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
