The technical design of the grinder is the result of many years of research and development in the Comandante® laboratory. For the ultimate Nitro Blade® grinder, a special stainless steel with a very fine martensitic crystal structure is used, which guarantees exceptional flavor neutrality and is extremely robust and durable. The Comandante® C40 MK4 features finely graduated grinder adjustment, allowing for several fine adjustments even within a single preparation method. Intensive research for the optimal grinding material

Comandante was founded by German engineer Bernd Braune in 2011 and has since delighted baristas around the world with perfect ground coffee. Dissatisfied with the hand-held coffee grinders available on the market, Bernd wanted to create the best grinder for home use. In addition to meeting high standards for materials, the grinder had to be particularly practical and versatile.
