Cold Brew Preparation

Make your own Cold Brew

Cold Brew is coffee that has been cold-extracted over several hours. Unlike espresso, filter coffee, or iced coffee, cold brew does not come into contact with hot water. Due to the absence of pressure and high temperatures, fewer bitter substances and acids are dissolved. This makes Cold Brew taste particularly smooth and gives it a subtle sweetness.

There are numerous recipes for cold brew that vary depending on the coffee and taste. Basically, preparing cold brew is quite simple, and you can experiment with little effort.
