Clever Dripper

The Clever Dripper is a digestible filter coffee combination of hand brewing (V60) and immersion brewing (French Press). During extraction, the coffee initially floats in the water, like with a French Press, without flowing out. Only when the stopper is released does the coffee filter through the paper and flow down, like with a hand filter. This gives you more control over the extraction than with other brewing methods.
