Oolong tea from Taiwan - Baozhong

Due to its partial oxidation, oolong tea's flavor lies somewhere between green and black tea. Oolong tea's flavor is particularly varied due to the different stages of oxidation.

The Baozhong is slightly less oxidized than other teas, as it hasn't been roasted or rolled. It's characterized by its light, fresh fragrance, abundant floral notes, and a buttery aroma that wafts from the pot. Although the Baozhong appears rather light, it has a full body and a long, pleasant aftertaste. Overall, a very soothing tea that's a joy to drink!
