Rooibos tea (redbush, Aspalathus linearis) is an extremely popular herbal tea from the slopes of the Zederberg Mountains in South Africa, where the plant is endemic. Rooibos is cultivated only in the South Western Cape, where it is perfectly adapted to the sandy, acidic soils and local climate. The name "rooibos" comes from the reddish hue of the leaves, which ferment outdoors during the hot, dry weather in January and February.

This rooibos tea is organically grown on the slopes of Cederberg Mountain. The needle-like leaves have been brewed as tea by the indigenous population there for centuries. It is characterized by its brilliant red color and its unique, velvety flavor, captivating with natural sweetness and nutty aromas.

Rooibos tea is caffeine-free, contains hardly any tannins, and is rich in valuable antioxidants. This makes it particularly popular as a substitute for other teas or coffee.

Yuzu Kukicha Grüner Tee aus Japan

We are delighted to introduce you to this exceptional green tea from Japan: a finely balanced blend of smooth kukicha and the invigorating aroma of sun-ripened yuzu fruits. Elegant, easy to drink, and surprisingly refreshing at the same time – this tea is a true pleasure.

This special blend was created by Susumu, a young tea farmer from Shizuoka who recently launched his first all-natural tea production. With great sensitivity, he combines the sweet, grassy notes of kukicha branches with the bright, lemony freshness of organically grown yuzu peel—a combination that tastes both harmonious and vibrant.

What makes Kukicha special:
Kukicha is a traditional Japanese green tea made from the stems of the sencha plant. It has a naturally low caffeine content, making it ideal for an afternoon tea or a gentle energy boost between meals.

Sustainable & close to nature:
Susumu completely avoids pesticides and relies on organic fertilizers—a clear commitment to responsible agriculture. The aromatic yuzu fruit also comes from organic cultivation in the region.

This tea can be enjoyed hot or cold – ideal for a refreshing tea experience any time of year.

The Hario Cold Brew Coffee Bottle is the Japanese answer to summer. The attractively designed glass bottle and practical handle make preparing delicious cold brew a breeze.

Cold brew is extremely popular due to its unique flavor characteristics. When brewed with cold water over a longer period of time (12-18 hours), fewer bitter compounds and acids are extracted from the coffee, while a significant amount of sweetness is released. This creates an easily digestible, particularly sweet coffee extract that can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for cool drinks.

The fine, removable plastic filter ensures that only the smallest particles remain in the cold brew. We still recommend transferring the cold brew after the extraction is complete.
Capacity: 750ml

Material: glass & silicone
