A wooden bamboo spatula is perfect for stirring during the bloom phase of filter coffee. Whether using a V60, Aeropress, or Kalita Wave, the easy-care bamboo spatula breaks up every lump while still being comfortable to hold.

This coffee filter was developed by Hario in collaboration with 2013 World Barista Champion Pete Licata. What makes this spiral-shaped ceramic coffee filter special is its additional filter insert with its fine-mesh sieve. This filter insert has a flat base, ensuring a consistent flow of water during extraction.

With this made in Japan You can brew filter coffee in three different ways:

1. With the flat filter insert and a paper filter for even extraction and special clarity in the cup
2. With the flat filter insert but without a paper filter to avoid filtering the oils and small coffee sediments
3. Without the flat filter insert with paper filter for a clear, balanced cup of filter coffee similar to the V60 from Hario

This coffee filter gives you maximum flexibility when preparing filter coffee. Decide for yourself which brewing method you prefer.
